1 Answer. 2015 Polaris 900 won't start. Was starting with fast idle, rough running with backfires, now won't start at all. Was running perfect. Never gave any trouble. Difficult to start with loud exhaust and fast idle, than woul die. Cleaned spark arrester, changed plugs, now won't start! The only thing that appears to be getting power is the fuel pump. Battery is hooked up properly and there is juice to the solenoid but nothing from the switch.

From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system.
